This program is designed to guide you through a month-long journey of self-discovery. Each week focuses on a different aspect of personal growth, including values, strengths, passions, and goals. Daily activities and reflections will help you gain insights into yourself and set a foundation for continued personal development.

🍀Week 1: Self-Awareness and Values 

🧘Set Intentions 

👉 Activity: Reflect on why you want to embark on this journey. 

👉 Exercise: Write down your goals and what you hope to achieve. 

🧘Personality Assessment 

👉 Activity: Take a personality test (e.g., MBTI, Enneagram). 

👉 Exercise: Reflect on the results and write down your thoughts. 

🧘Values Clarification 

👉 Activity: Identify your core values using a values list. 

👉 Exercise: Rank your values and reflect on how they impact your life. 

🧘Values in Action

 👉 Activity: Think of instances when you acted in alignment with your values. 

👉 Exercise: Write down these instances and reflect on the feelings and outcomes. 

🧘Ideal Day Exercise 

👉 Activity: Describe your ideal day from morning to night. 

👉 Exercise: Reflect on what this reveals about your values and priorities. 

🧘Gratitude Journal 

👉 Activity: Start a gratitude journal.

👉 Exercise: Write down three things you are grateful for each day and reflect on them.

🧘Leveraging Strengths 

👉 Activity: Think of ways to leverage your strengths in daily life.

🧘Identifying Weaknesses 

👉 Activity: Reflect on areas where you feel you could improve. 

👉 Exercise: Write down these areas and their impact on your life. 

🧘Feedback from Others
