 Preparation Before the Class
1. Technical Setup:
   Device: Use a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
   

Software: Install  ZOOM software or apps as required

Please join the online class 5-10 minutes before the start time. Please message or call me on WhatsApp at +64278116677/78 if you have any issues joining.

Browser: Use an updated web browser if the class is conducted through a web-based platform.

2. Environment:
   Quiet Space: Choose a quiet, comfortable, and distraction-free area where you won't be disturbed.
   Lighting: Ensure the area is well-lit but not too bright or harsh.

Materials:
   Comfortable Seating: Use a comfortable chair, cushion, or yoga mat to sit on.
     Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax.
      Extras: Have a blanket, eye pillow, or any other items that help you relax nearby.

1. Login:
    Time: Log in at least 10 minutes before the class starts to settle in and troubleshoot any technical issues.
   - Credentials: Use the correct login credentials provided by your instructor.

2. Platform Familiarity:
   - Features: Familiarize yourself with the platform's features such as mute/unmute, video on/off, and chat.

1. Etiquette:
   - Microphone: Keep your microphone muted during the meditation to avoid disturbing others with background noise.
   - Camera: If comfortable, keep your camera on for a more communal experience, unless instructed otherwise by your instructor.

2. Participation:
   - Engage: Follow the instructor's guidance and participate fully in the meditation practice.
   - Respect: Be respectful and mindful of your classmates. Avoid any disruptive behavior.

3. Focus:
   - Attention: Pay full attention to the instructor's voice and instructions. Let go of other distractions and thoughts.
   - Relaxation: Allow yourself to relax and be present in the moment. Don't worry about doing it "right."

4. Technical Issues:
   - Troubleshooting: If you encounter technical issues, inform your instructor via the chat or a pre-agreed method, but try to minimize disruption.

   - Feelings: Take a few moments to reflect on how you feel after the meditation.
